Events
Training courses and events at Sportsman's Corner
An indoor educational class followed by hands on shooting practice at the range. All course materials will be provided including targets. Students will be required to provide ammunition appropriate for their handgun, 25 rounds minimum, and eye and ear protection. Ammunition for all common handgun calibers as well as protective equipment are available for purchase at Sportsman's Corner. Students who are interested in attending the course but do not currently have access to a handgun please contact Sportsman's Corner for options.

Georgia DNR-certified hunter education course. Required for first-time hunters in Georgia. Covers firearm safety, wildlife conservation, hunting laws, and more. Lunch will be provided by Sportsman's Corner.
Georgia DNR-certified boater education course. Required for all persons born on or after January 1, 1998 that operate any motorized vessel on the waters of the state of Georgia.
Registration will be available through the Georgia DNR website. Link coming soon.
